Hello! I'm back with a new post that hopefully will help you guys get through your difficult morning...
Me myself is not a morning person, but recently i've been waking up at 7 or 8 AM and i try to be more productive since i'm on my school break aka holiday!
Maybe it's hard for you guys to wake up in the morning (me too btw) but i once set my alarm at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 AM and this method actually works for me (i didn't snooze my alarm fyi), and maybe this method will work for you! And right after i woke up, i stretched A LOT (like a lot, really), idk but it makes me feel more alive. Keep in mind to go to bed early, maybe 10 or 11 PM so you can get enough of sleep.
If you guys are a caffeine person, then after you wake up, go grab a cup of coffee but since i'm not a coffee person, i make a breakfast instead..

Breakfast is my ultimate way to gather my strength to fight a difficult morning and many researches has found that breakfast is very important to start your day! Why? Because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenish your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day.
My next morning essential is... music! Because who doesn't love music?
If you're having a bad morning, just listen to your favorite music. Music can help you cheer you up, melt down your temper and help you to relax.

After i made my breakfast, i wait about 1 hour and after that i force myself to exercise because if my school break is over and i just waste all of the time doing nothing, eating and sleeping all the time i will become a pig, seriously.. If you work out, it will actually help you to wake up.
What you have to do now is literally repeat all the things above for everyday. It's important to get up at the same time everyday, don't forget the weekends..
Be realistic with yourself. It can take time to transition from a night owl to a morning person, and being a morning person or night owls are based by genetic factor so it's hard to change, so it's impossible to change it in a day. But once you get used to waking up in the morning, your life will be so much better!
