How I Fight My Acne Prone Skin!

I know that acne is the major problem that every teenagers have. And i know how stressful it is to always felt disgusted with yourself just because that acne or pimple or that bumpy red thing on your face. I always feel like what's wrong with myself, why i'm different with my friends. Why they don't have acne like me? I struggled with my skin from junior high school, that is the first time when i got my first bad skin day and of course because of that pimple. I tried so many things until my skin became so baaad, and i now have pimple all over my face. But do you know why you have acne? Because i didn't know that at first and i was just so desperate with my skin.
According to kids health about acne , why do we get acne is because of the hormonal changes that come with puberty. Also if your parents had acne as teens, it's more likely that you will, too. But for my case, i thought my acne came because of the hormonal changes but it's because the genetical factor and also my eating habits. I used to ate pizza, burgers, fried chicken or the other junk foods so often, and when i stop, my skin becomes better and better. I'm also increasing my water intake because i did a survey on how to have a clear skin and they said to drink lots of water and to exercise often so i did that and was happy with the result~
If that is not enough for helping your skin, then maybe you should try this acne solution from mario badescu because this product works wonder for me and helped my acne to go away, literally in a night. Also this toner from khiel's is just my savior. I forget to tell you guys that i also have sensitive skin because of that trial and error with a bunch of stuffs for my acne. Because i feel that it makes my skin looks more fresh and removing the excess makeup that i may have even after i remove my makeup with makeup remover and my facial cleanser.
Also i didn't have the time to take a pic of my facial cleanser but i use this magical facial cleanser which is very gentle for my sensitive skin and this stuff didn't make my skin to freak out and breaking out. I got it when i went to singapore at watson because they didn't have watson in indonesia ;( And this cleanser is not expensive at all. I also got a discount because my mom has a member card hehe
